By registering, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. SERVICE CHARGE
All published registration fees are subject to a 19% VAT charge, which will be applied at the point of purchase.
2. CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
Registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate may attend in your place, provided written notification is received at info@weconferencegroup.com no later than 48 hours prior to the event.
3. DELEGATE PASSES
Delegate passes are issued to named individuals and may not be shared, transferred or exchanged between attendees without prior written approval from WeConference Group.
4. PROGRAMME CHANGES
WeConference Group reserves the right to amend the agenda, speakers, venue, timings or dates where necessary. No liability is accepted for travel, accommodation or other costs arising from such changes.
5. FORCE MAJEURE
If circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent the event from taking place, we reserve the right to deliver the conference virtually, postpone it, or transfer your registration to the rescheduled or an equivalent event. Registrations will remain valid and refunds will not be issued.
6. REGISTRATION CATEGORY
Delegates are responsible for selecting the correct registration category. WeConference Group reserves the right to amend registrations, request evidence of eligibility, and recover any outstanding fee where an incorrect category has been selected.
